With a total of four floors and a full basement, Josefinum offers a lot of space for creative visions, in spite of a lack of water, heating and electricity connections.
Spacious corridors and staircases, rooms in a wide range of sizes and a very peaceful atmosphere provide inspiration for big ideas and spaces.
The ground floor and the 1st floor are virtually identical and can accommodate eight to twelve separate rooms, suitable for a wide range of purposes sized from 12 m² to 43 m², depending on orientation and design.
At the rear of the building, the two floors have a northern hall measuring 90 to 103 m², which would be ideal as a conference rooms or workshops. As in the lower floors, the 2nd floor also has a roughly 103 m² conference or workshop space on the north-facing side, which the 3rd floor lacks due to the sloped roof.
The toilet facilities on the two upper floors were relocated to the middle of the corridor, which leaves two elongated rooms on the north side that could be used as eat-in kitchens.
